This is a pictorial diary of an artist and illustrator who has moved from London to Brighton (aka 'London's slutty sister'.)

An unrealised project
I am always scheming to get my projects launched. There is, unfortunately, a high uncertainty rate. After the success of my English Life ceramic project for Wade Ceramics (with Barbara Wootton) which was surface decoration only, I thought there was a chance of a more elaborate, entirely modelled object. I collaborated with the London-based ceramic artist Sandra Eastwood to produce models of teapots from my drawings. Above, is all that I have left from that project - it got as far as a costing - the figures never stacked up and the project fizzled out. I am still in awe of Sandra Eastwood’s realisation of my ink and watercolour drawings and want to show off her splendid fairground baroque creation.
